If you have an iTouch Air 3 watch, you can delete messages just like any other Apple device. To do so:

Navigate to the message in your inbox that you would like to delete.
Tap Edit in the upper right corner of your screen and select Delete Message.
Swipe left on the message that appears next to where it says +1 (which is a friend’s icon). This will select it for deletion.
Tap Red Delete Button on the bottom of the screen when prompted by a red banner at top of the app window indicating “This action cannot be undone”. The message should now be deleted from both yours and your friends’ devices!
